Erin Ronhovde

In Ms. Ronhovde’s classroom, inclusivity is central to her work. Everyone belongs, everyone learns, and everyone is empowered. She encourages curiosity, creativity, groth, and autonomy. Her career as an educator is driven by the belief that everyone can learn, and every member of the community is vital and valued.

Ms. Ronvode grew up in a family of educators. She was born in Nebraska and moved to Pennsylvania to attend Swarthmore College. After teaching in New York City for four years, she moved to the East Bay to get her master’s in education from UC Berkeley. She taught at East Oakland PRIDE for seven years before transferring to Glenview.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, spending quality time with friends, and walking her dog Shadow around the neighborhood.
