Our second major fundraiser for the year, the 22nd annual Read-a-Thon, launched on Monday, February 4. Your student will bring home a Read-a-thon packet that includes information about the fundraiser and your student's reading log. Each student is expected to read for 30 minutes a day and ask friends, family, neighbors for donations for reading! It's a fun fundraiser with cool prizes! During the week of January 14, you will get an email invitation from your room parent to join Konstella, our new communication tool at Glenview. It will replace all the different tools we use, including BigTent, various spreadsheets, sign-up apps, and more. On November 5, 2018, OUSD informed the Glenview community that it has made a decision regarding the Glenview move-back date to its new campus in the Glenview neighborhood. Students will return to the new campus in August 2020. OUSD regrets that it was previously communicated to families that the move would be midyear.
