On-Site Options

Learning Spot

The Learning Spot info meeting is on Monday, May 17 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will discuss parent fees, program schedules, yearly events, attendance, and enrichment. Please contact Sadiqua Williams at swilliams@bacr.org with questions.

Adventure Time

Registering for the Glenview program on Thursday, May 20, at 9 a.m. Families need to either email their application on that date (not earlier) or can email on that date with their child’s name, grade, and hours needed to hold their spot and then snail-mail the application. Copies of the application will be available at the school office if you don’t have a printer.

Off-Site Options with Pick-Up at Glenview

Dimond Rec

No information has been released yet, but parents interested in Dimond Rec should keep an eye on Oakland’s Park and Rec site on Perfect Mind for program updates around mid-June. We will update this page with any information we get.

East Bay Dance Center

East Bay Dance Center (4231 Park Boulevard) has been serving the Glenview community since 2004. It offers an after-school program with walking pick-up at Glenview. Activities include dance class (jazz, hip hop, tap and ballet), art, games, snack, and learning time.

Days and Times:  Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri:  3-6 PM and Wed: 1:30-6 PM

Grades TK through 5. Boys and girls, no dance experience required. Full week enrollment preferred, may accept single days depending on availability. Bonuses include weeks at camp, dancewear, special activities and performances.

Lakeshore Children’s Center
Lakeshore also picks up at Glenview and is an afterschool program.
